About consumer return pallets
What are consumer return pallets?
Consumer return pallets are lots of goods originating from customer returns, warehouse surpluses, and clearance sales and liquidations of major retail chains and European sales platforms. Products are sold wholesale - typically on pallets containing between several dozen and several hundred items.
The majority of goods are products that are unused or minimally used. Some items may have open packaging, transit damage or minor signs of use.
Goods are divided into quality grades:
- Klasa A - new or as-new products,
- Klasa B - standard consumer returns,
- Klasa C - mixed products, potentially damaged or incomplete.
Each lot includes a detailed manifest in XLSX format with a list of products, EAN codes and estimated market value in EUR and PLN.

What are Amazon pallets and consumer return pallets?
Amazon pallets are lots of goods originating from consumer returns (customer returns), warehouse surpluses and Amazon EU store liquidations. A customer returned a product to Amazon - Amazon sells them wholesale on pallets. Most goods are unused, some in open packaging. Each pallet has a manifest with a list of products, EAN, ASIN and retail value (RRP).
Are Amazon return pallets profitable?
Yes - a return pallet typically costs 15-25% of the market value of the market value of the goods on it. After sorting and retail resale, profit margins are 50-150%. It requires space, time for sorting and a sales channel (Allegro, OLX, physical store). The best margins are on home appliance and electronics pallets.
I am a private individual - can I buy pallets?
Yes. B2C accounts are fully supported. After verification (first name, surname, national ID, address) you bid on the same terms as businesses. We also issue VAT invoices for B2C customers.
Where do the pallets in the auctions come from?
We work directly with Amazon EU returns distributors and retail chains. We sell consumer returns, end-of-line lots and store liquidations. Each pallet is described with a manifest (XLSX - product list, EAN, ASIN, market prices) and photographs.
What happens if I don't pay for an auction I won?
A bid is a binding commitment. You have 72 hours to make the payment. Non-payment = automatic account suspension and the goods pass to the next bidder. No exceptions.
How does pallet delivery work?
After payment you choose: personal collection from the warehouse (cheapest option) or pallet courier delivery. Pallet shipping costs are quoted individually based on weight, dimensions and delivery location. Delivery in 2-3 business days.
